The Life of MARY ROXANNE PRINE
Mary Roxanne Prine, 87, was born February 22, 1923 in Des Moines, the daughter of Guerney and Mary (Kourthous) McPherson. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at Taylor House.
Mary is survived by her son, Jim Prine of St. Charles; her daughter, Lee Steele of Norwalk; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Virgil Prine; her daughter, Mary Sievertsen and her parents.
The family will greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 3, 2010 at Hamilton's Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. Private family burial will take place at a later date at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue League in loving memory of Mary.
