The Life of EMILINE R ISRAEL
Emiline R. Israel, 91, died November 4, 2004 at her residence. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at All Saints Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Emiline was born July 3, 1913 in Des Moines to Frank and Mary Jesser. She worked in numerous occupations, including at the Ordinance Plant during World War II. She was a member of the All Saints Catholic Church and enjoyed working, her yard, her home and being with her family.
She is survived by her daughter, Shirley (Jim) Aiken; her son, Kenneth (Mary Ann) Yamen; two sisters, Boots Leavell and Adele Maroon; her brother, Joe Jesser, all of Des Moines; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Emiline was preceded in death by her husband, Paul D. Israel and a great-grandchild, Jimmy Aiken.
Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home where a Scripture service will be held at 5 p.m. Memorial contributions are suggested to the All Saints Catholic Church.
