The Life of THELMA M ALLAN
Thelma M. Allen, 86, died Monday, May 9, 2005 in Bellevue, NE. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, May 13, at Hamilton''s Funeral Home, with burial in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Thelma was born September 27, 1918 in Des Moines. She was a homemaker and spent her retirement years traveling with her husband, John.
Thelma is survived by her loving husband, John C. Allan; her son, Michael (Sharon) Allan of Bellevue, NE; her daughter, Barbara (Gary) Thorpe of Phoenix, AZ; her sister, Ruth Bishop of Phoenix; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday evening at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Simpson United Methodist Church.
