The Life of WILMER E HALL

Wilmer "Red" Hall, 68, of 2213 Elizabeth Ave. died of a heart ailment Sunday at home.  Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Grandview Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Mr. Hall was born in Perry and lived in Des Moines for 42 years.  He retired in 1982 as a self-employed siding applicator and was a World War II army veteran and a member of American Legion Baldwin Patterson Post 274.

Survivors include his wife, Gloria; two sons, Donald of Sedalia, MO, and Richard of Des Moines; three sisters, Helen Van Tress, Myrna Meyers and Alice Newlin, all of Des Moines; and three grandchildren.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will meet with friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
