The Life of AMBER LOUISE ELLIOTT
Amber Louise Elliott, 13, of 2233 Easton Blvd. died Sunday at University Hospital in Minneapolis of complications of a bone marrow transplant. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Calvery Apostolic Church, of which she was a member. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Amber, who lived in Des Moines all her life, is survived by her father, Donald, her mother and stepfather, Carey and Craig Swanson, three brothers, Jeremy Swanson, Adam Elliott and Aaron Elliott, and two sisters, Jessica Swanson and Angie Elliott, all of Des Moines; and her grandparents, Bill Bowers of Salida, CO, and Carolyn Bowers, Kathy Elliott and Paul and Dorothy Swanson, all of Des Moines.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home, where the family will be present from 5 to 7 p.m.
