The Life of RITA KAY GROVE
Rita Kay Grove, 63, died Tuesday, June 13, 2006 at Mercy Hospice in Johnston.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, June 16, 2006 at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Rita was born December 27, 1942 to Jim and Margaret (Berry) Easley in Polk County. She was a lifelong resident of the Des Moines area. Rita was the chief accountant for Best Way Pest Control for 20 years and worked in housekeeping as an assistant supervisor for the Bavarian Inn for eight years.
Rita is survived by her husband, Paul Grove, Sr.; two daughters, Denice and Brenda Grover; son, Paul Grove, Jr.; three brothers, Joe, David and Jim Easley; three sisters, Maxine Bougher, Cecelia Antelman and Mary Bowman; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents.
