The Life of EDNA IRENE LOHNER
Services for Edna Irene Lohner, 76, of 3945 Fortieth St., who died of a heart attack Tuesday at Iowa Methodist Medical Center, will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Lohner was born in Barnsville, MO and lived in Des Moines 75 years. She retired in 1974 as an insurance clerk for General United Life Insurance Co.
Survivors include her husband, David; three sons, Jerry of Des Moines, Donald of Granger, and David, Jr. of Davenport; a brother, Charles Berry of Des Moines; two sisters, Charlene Freed of Des Moines and Viola Wilson of Leonard, MO; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Eastside Church of Christ or Glen Echo Christian Church.
Friends may call until service time at the funeral home.
