The Life of ETTA BERTHA WADE

Etta Bertha Wade, 89, of Sunnyview Care Center, 410 NW Ash Drive in Ankeny, died of cancer and a heart ailment Wednesday at the center. Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Central Bible Church. burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mrs. Wade was born in Novinger, MO., and lived in Des Moines for 50 years. She was a homemaker and a member of Central Bible Church. Survivors include four daughters, Addie Rusher and Catherine Gates, both of Des Moines, Rose Jors of Ankeny and Daphne Sandburg of Trenton, Mo,; a sister, Nora Armstrong of Des Moines; 11 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. Friends may call after 4 pm today until service time Monday at Hamilton's Funeral Home.
