The Life of LILLIAN GLADYS CANFIELD
Services for Lillian G. Canfield of 1625 NW 80th St., Clive, will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Windsor Heights Lutheran Church, of which she was a member. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Canfield, 69, died of cancer Sunday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center.
She was born in Hamilton County and had lived in Des Moines since 1943, coming from Story County. She worked more than 20 years for Van Horn Plastics in the janitorial services department and was a member of the Clive Good Idea Club.
Surviving are three sons, Terry of Jacksonville, FL, and Jerry and Kelly, both of Des Moines; a sister, Ruth Lovig of Story City; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at Westover Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to her church.
