The Life of KENNETH W DEEVER SR.
Kenneth W. Deever, Sr., 65, of 2129 E Grand Ave., died of cancer Wednesday at home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Hamilton''s near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Deever, a lifelong Des Moines resident, was co-owner of Deever Roofing.
Survivors include his wife, Ethel; three sons, Kenneth, Jr., of Carlisle, and Robert and Martin, both of Des Moines; two daugthers, Deborah Gustafson of Ankeny, and Carla Stewart of Van Meter; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.
