The Life of EUNICE N LEONARD DOWNS
Eunice N. Leonard Downs, 55, of 7500 SE Bloomfield Road died Saturday at Iowa Methodist Medical Center from injuries suffered in an automobile accident. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Downs was a lifelong Des Moines resident and a clerical worker.
She is survived by her husband, Michael; two sons, Randall Leonard and Darin Leonard; a stepson, Gerrad Downs; and a step-daugther, Jaime Downs, all of Des Moines; three brothers, Philip Kaufman of Whittier, CA, Ben Kaufman of Foothills Ranch, CA, and David Kaufman of Des Moines; two sisters, Miriam Childs and Joanna Wingfield, both of Des Moines; and eight grandchildren.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
