The Life of THOMAS MICHAEL FORMARO
Thomas M. Formaro, 47, of 2501 E. 40th Court died Saturday at home. The cause of death is pending results from the medical examiners report. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph's Catholi Church, with burial in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Formaro was a lifelong resident of Des Moines, He worked for Firestone Tire and Rubber Co. He was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, the Holy Name Society and United Rubber Workers Union Local 310. He had previously been active with the U.S. Arym Reserves. Survivors include his wife, Bonnie M; a daughter Lisa Marie Formaro, a son, Scott Michael, and his parents, Mike and Martha Formaro, all of Des Mones.
