The Life of PAMELA JEAN QUICK
Pamela Jean Quick, 62 of Earlham died Tuesday, February 6, 2007 at Mercy Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M., Friday, February 9, 2007 at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue; visitation will be 6-8 PM Thursday evening at the funeral home. Burial will take place in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Pamela was born July 9, 1944 in La Jolla, CA. She married Arnold Quick on August 24, 1962. Pamela loved animals, the scenery at the lake, and traveling the southwest United States; but above all she enjoyed being a very loving wife, mother, and foster mother to over 50 children.
Pamela is survived by her husband Arnie of Earlham; her children, Eric (Kathy) Quick of Bondurant, Stacey Lovell of Blairsburg, Stephanie (Mike) Golwitzer of Adel, Tim Quick of West Des Moines, Tisha Quick (Josh Lyne) of Creston, and Casey Quick of Earlham; her mother, Mildred Davis; her siblings, Diane Twedt, Rosemary Moriarty, and Scott McClurg; and 10 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Frank McClurg.
