The Life of JULIUS GEORGE ARNDT
Julius George Arndt, 80 of Conway, MO, died of a heart ailment Saturday at home. Services will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home in Des Moines. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Arndt was born in Sac County and had lived in Des Moines from 1952 until 1991, when he moved to Conway. He was a retired welder with John Deere Works and a member of St. John''s Lutheran Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Shirley Peppmeier of Des Moines; a son, George of Conway; three sisters, Edna Yungbluth and Betty Sullivan, both of Spencer, and Laura Nelson of Tulsa, OK; 12 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
The family will greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to his church.
