Services for Mrs. Flossie Phipps Thomas, 58, a former Des Moines resident who died of pneumonia December 30, in Paramount, CA, where she resided, will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Dahlstrom''s Funeral Home, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens.
She was born in Tipperary, in Monroe County, and lived here 35 years until 1951. She attended the Pentacostal Church.
Survivors include her husband, Wilfred of Paramount; a son, Kennth Rogers; and a sister, Mrs. Wilma Hoffman, both of Des Moines; two brothers, Herbert and James Phipps, both of Torrence, CA; three grandchildren and five great-granchildren.
