The Life of RICHARD C REHA

Richard C. Reha, 64, of 7085 S.E. Bloomfield Road, died of cancer Thursday at home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Anthony''s Catholic Church, of which he was a member. Cremation will follow and private burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Reha was born in David City, Neb., and moved to Des Moines in 1950. He retired as a foreman for National Sheet Metal Co. and was an Army veteran and a member of Croatian Hall and the Sheet Metal Workers Union. Surviving are his wife, Marge Ann; a son, Richard L. of Pleasant Hill; two daughters, Vickie Sowden and Pamela Ramirez; and a brother, Donald, all of Des Moines; two sisters, Mary Ann Schermerhorn of Johnston and Eleanor Reha of Des Moines; six grandchildren; and four step-grandchildren. The family will visit with friends from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Hamilton''s Funeral Home, where there will be a vigil service Sunday. Memorial contributions may be made to his church or Hospice of Central Iowa.
