The Life of ALSENA MAY JOSE
Alsenna May Jose, 71, of the 3900 block of 80th Street, Urbandale, died of a nervous system disorder Sunday at home. Services will be at 2:30 pm Wednesday at Hamilton's Funeral Home, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Jose had lived in the Des Moines area all of her life. She was a retired data processor for the State of Iowa. She was a member of Buckles and Bows Square Dance Club and Northside Senior Citizens Center.
She is survived by three daughters, Jackie Cox of Indianola and Diana Jackson and Joby Saffell, both of Urbandale; a son, John of Florence, Miss.; four brothers, Curt Shiffer and Glen Shiffer, both of Des moines, Kenny Shiffer of Boron, Clafi. and Van Shiffer of Twin Lake, Mich.; and five grandchildren.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 pm today at the funeral home.
