The Life of MARCUS LEROY WOLDEN
Marcus L. Wolden, 78, of 5975 Berwick Drive, Berwick, died of pneumonia Sunday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center. Services will be at noon Wednesday at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Wolden was born in Lansford, ND, and moved to Des Moines in 1979 from Minnesota. He had been a foreman at McDonnell-Douglas in California and retired after 30 years.
Surviving are his wife, Lenore; a daughter, Kathy Watkins of Culver City, CA; two stepdaugthers, Phyllis Hodges and Marcia Parsons, both of Des Moines; a sister, Beulah Partain; and a brother, Melvin, both of Fergus Falls, MN; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchldren.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will greet friends from 5 to 7 p.m.
