The Life of JANE K ALBERS

Jane K. Albers, 64, of th 2400 block of McKinley Avenue died of cancer Sunday at St. Luke''s Hospital in Kansas City, MO.  Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Hamilton''s near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Mrs. Albers was born in Savannah, MO, and had lived in Des Moines most of her life.  She was a retired senior adjudication office with the US Department of Veterans Affairs and a member of Drake Des Moines Symphony, Wichita Falls, TX, Symphony Orchestra and Leisure Lake Ladies Auxiliary in Trenton, MO.

She is survived by her husband, Everett; her mother and stepfather, Katherine and Harold Halloran of Savanah, MO; and two stepbrothers, Jim Halloran of Sunrise Beach, MO, and Dick Halloran of Kansas City.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to New Hope Animal Rescue League or Leisure Lake Ladies Auxiliary, both in Trenton, or Savannah Christian Church in Savannah.
