The Life of ROY O ALLEN
Services for Roy O. Allen, 56, of 216 College Ave., who died of a respiratory ailment Tuesday at Veterans Hospital, will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Conley Capitol Hill Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Born in Yorktown, KS, Mr. Allen was a Des Moines resident 29 years. He was a mechanic for the Borden Co. and a member of the Dairy, Ice Cream, Laundry and Dry Cleaners Union, Local 387.
Surviving are his widow, Elma; a daughter, Claudia Ray; a brother Ray of Sioux City, and a sister, Mrs. Pearl Dady of Des Moines.
