The Life of JUANITA E CLAUSI MICHAEL
Juanita (Clausi) Michael, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on March 7, 2006. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, March 10, 2006 at Hamilton''s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, with a 7 p.m. rosary at the funeral home.
Juanita was born on November 14, 1932 to James and Emma Clausi in Des Moines. She enjoyed being surrounded by her family and friends and watching soap operas, wrestling and going to Prairie Meadows. She also enjoyed bird watching, playing cards, and loved her fragrant candles. In her early years, she was a bowler.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Bill Michael, Sr.; her children, Donna (James) McWilliams, Bill, Jr. "Moe" (Denise), Toni Jo Michael and Beverly Letze; her grandchildren, Robin, Shaun, Kelly and Jennifer; and many nieces and nephews to whom she was "Aunt Nini."
She was preceded in death by her parents, a borhter, "Jake" Clausi; granddaughter, Jamie Lynn Letze, and infant twin children, Theresa and Larry.
