Mike Blackburn, 33, left this world January 23, 2004 in Des Moines. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Southtown Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mike entered this world September 30, 1970 in Des Moines. He lived here all of his life. He enjoyed his family and being with them, as well as hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Kristie; his sons, Dacotah Butler, J.J. Blackburn; his daughter, Cheyan Blackburn; his mother and father, Jerry and Sherrie Blackburn; his sister, Kari (Bill) Tuck; and his grandmother, Louise Conn; aunts, uncles and many friends who will miss him.
Visitation will he held from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at Southtown Funeral Home. Memorial contributions are suggested to Mike''s family.
