The Life of VINCE LEO SCHALL
Vince L. Schall, 86, of 425 NW Aurora Ave. died of emphysema Saturday at home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Schall was born in Jamaica and had lived in Des Moines 38 years. He was a retired salesman with Howlett Chevrolet, an Army veteran of World War II and a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church.
Among survivors are his wife, Betty; a daughter, Jan Rawson, and a son, Jack, both of Des Moines; a brother, J. Ray of Kansas City, MO; four grandchildren; and a great grandchild.
Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
