The Life of ROGER L BAUER Sr.
Roger L. Bauer Sr., 58, of 5803 NE Berwick Dr died of a heart ailment Monday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center. Serices will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph''''s Catholic Church, of which he was a member. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Bauer was born in Arcadia and lived in the Des Moines area most of his life. He was self-employed in mobile home park and sales businesses and was founder and president of the Berwick Water Association.
Survivors include his wife, Lucille; two sons, Roger Jr. and Michael, both of Berwick; two daughters, Donna Bauer of Ankeny and Lora Bauer of Des Moines; two brothers, Lowell of Burlington and Matt of Des Moines; and a sister, Marge Frank of Ankeny.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at Grandview Funeral Home, where a rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or On With Life Inc. in Ankeny.
