The Life of LLOYD C MCLAUGHLIN

Lloyd C. McLaughlin, 75, of 1657 Arthur Ave. died of cancer Sunday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center.  Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hamilton's Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Mr. McLaughlin was born in Waverly, KS and had lived in Des Moines since 1937.  He was a retired real estate services technician at Iowa Power and was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth; two sons, Frederick of Des Moines and David of Arlington Heights, IL; a brother, Dale of Minburn; a sister, Lova Brown of Clear Lake; and four grandchildren.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will be present.  Memorial contributions may be made to his church's Tuesday Fellowship Club.
