The Life of BETSY A WINGET
Betsy Winget, 69, of Horseshoe Bend, AK, died October 22, 2006 at Baxter Regional Care Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Thursday, October 23, 2006 at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue in Des Moines. Burial will take place at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Wednesday evening at the funeral home. Betsy was born June 19, 1937 in Slater, Iowa. She married Robert Winget on June 25, 1995 in Des Moines. Betsy worked in human resources as a data keeper for an insurance company. She attended Hope Lutheran Church in Des Moines. Betsy is survived by her husband, Bobby of Horseshoe Bend, AK; three sons, Dick Benshoof of Des Moines, Dan Benshoof of Des Moines and Darren Benshoof of St. Joseph, MO; two daughters, Lee Lindemoen of Indianola, and Missy Mitchell of Des Moines; thirteen grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
