The Life of JOHN VICTOR RUGG

John Victor Rugg, 70, of Lawrenceville died of a heart ailment Thursday at his home. Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Hamilton's near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens. Mr. Rugg was born in Keokuk County, Ia., and had lived in Des Moines 14 years before moving to Georgia 17 years ago. He was the retired owner of a tree-moving service and was a member of the Lawrencville Church of God.  Survivors include his wife, Sue; two sisters, Ellen Eisma of Washington and hazel Moen of Missouri; a brother, Fred of Arizona; and two grandchildren. Friends may call after 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
