The Life of ELSIE LUCILLE HOWARD
Lucille Howard, 90, of 2824 Dean Ave. died of a kidney ailment Tuesday at Iowa Lutheran Hosital. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Howard, a homemaker, was a lifelong Des Moines resident. She was a member of Clifton Heights Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are four daughters, Dolores Forest, Shirley Dingman and Carol Maranville, all of Des Moines, and Mildred Teller of Colorado Springs, CO; 16 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
The family will greet friends from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to her church.
