The Life of GEORGE EDWARD BRAGDON
Services for George E. (Ned) Bragdon, 48 of 3212 Valdez Drive, who died Monday at his home of a heart attack, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Dunn''s Funeral Home on Grand Avenue.
Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens.
Born in Eagle Grove, Mr. Bragdon lived in Beaumont, Tex., five years before moving to Des Moines 18 years ago. He was employed as an engineer with the Brown Engineering Co.
He was a member and deacon of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy M.; a son, Kent, and a daughter, Michelle, both at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. S.S. Bragdon of Eagle Grove, and a sister, Nancy Lister of Holstein.
The family suggests that any memorial contributions be made to the First Baptist Church.
