The Life of LLOYD WALTER FUNK
Lloyd W. Funk, 71, of Portland, OR, formerly of Des Moines, died of emphysema December 22nd in Portland. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Highland Park Funeral Home, with burial in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Born in Lovilia, Mr. Funk lived in Des Moines much of his life and was retired from Cantex Industries. He had lived in Oregon since May.
Survivors include his wife, Roberta G.; a son, Larry S. of Portland; a daughter, Judith A. Briggs of Des Moines; a sister, Mildred Jones of Albia; a brother Everett of Portland; and two grandchildren.
Friends may call after noon today at the funeral home.
