The Life of HELEN JOY SANSOM TIEMANN

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Hamilton's Funeral Home for Helen Joy Tiemann, 36, of 3154 Indianola Rd., who died at home Tuesday of a brain tumor.

Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens.

Born in Des Moines, she lived in North Arlington, NY and Corpus Christi, TX before returning to Des Moines in 1971.  She recently was employed as a statistician for the State of Iowa.

She was a member of the Episcopal Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Doris Lee Tiemann of Corpus Chirsti; her parents, the Rev. & Mrs. John Sansom of Pittsburg, KS; maternal grandmother, Mrs. B.E. Glew of Des Moines and paternal grandfather, John Sansom of Corpus Christi.
