The Life of NOLAN L PAULEY

Nolan L Pauley, a beloved husband, father and friend, died on August 17, 2005 after 48 years of life. Nolan was born on November 13, 1956 in Emporia, Kansas to Arlie and Louise Pauley. The youngest of four brothers, he moved with his family to Des Moines, Iowa in 1957. Nolan received his education in the Des Moines Public Schools. He married Janice K Randall of Mt Vernon, Iowa on October 24, 1982 and lived in Des Moines for two years. At that time, Nolan began his work in the full-time ministry as an audio technician/engineer. He served 20 years at the Jimmy Swaggart Ministries in Baton Rouge, World Harvest Church in Columbus, Ohio and Brownsville Assembly of God in Pensacola, Florida. Nolan learned the audio trade by experience. He was highly gifted and talented in his field, often referred to as "the very best". Nolan is survived by his wife, Janice Pauley of Des Moines; his daughter, JoEllen Pauley of Pensacola, Florida; his parents, Don and Louise Stromberg; two brothers, Dennis and Larry Pauley; and one nephew, Brian Pauley, all of Des Moines. He was preceded in death by his father, Arlie Pauley and his brother, Ronald Pauley. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday, August 22, 2005 at Hamilton's near Highland Memory Gardens, with interment following at Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service.
