The Life of ROBERT DUANE BENSKIN
Robert D. Benskin of 3106 Garden Ave. died of a heart attack Sunday at Iowa Methodist Medical Center. He was 61. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Westover Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Benskin was a lifelong Des Moines resident, a retired shoe salesman and a veteran of the Army.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley; a daughter, Sherrie Benskin, and a brother, William, both of Des Moines.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will meet friends from 6 to 8 p.m.
