The Life of GLADYS BEDFORD
Gladys Bedford, 85, of 1312 Bundy St. died Sunday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center of complications following a stroke. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Bedford was born in Hamilton and lived in Des Moines most of her life. She had been the owner of Highland Park Food Locker.
Survivors include a daughter, Geraldine Hall of Des Moines; a son, Clyde Bedford of Ione, WA, six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
