The Life of THOMAS E DOYLE

Thomas E Doyle, 70, of the 6600 block of Northwest Fifth St. died of cancer Sunday at Mercy Medical Center. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Plymouth Congregational Church, of which he was a member. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Doyle ws born in Hartford City, IN, and moved to Des Moines 39 years ago. He was a retired director of personnel and risk management at Rasmussen Group and a Navy veteran of the Korean War. He was a volunteer for arbitration at Better Business Bureau, a mediator for Polk County Small Claims Court and a coordinator for Animal Assisted Therapy and Animal Rescue League. He is survived by his wife, Patricia; two sons, Daniel of Des Moines and Mark of Ames; two daughters, Karen Duncan and Marta Hawkins, both of Des Moines; a sister, Jerre Azlein of Fort Wayne, IN; and 10 grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or the Animal Rescue League.
