The Life of MARTHA DOROTHY CARLSON

Services for Martha D. Carlson, 74, of 3936 Fifth Ave., who died of a heart ailment Thursday at Iowa Methodist Medical Center, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Highland Park Lutheran Church.  Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Born in Madrid, Mrs. Carlson was a Des Moines resident for most of her life.  She was a homemaker and a member of Highland Park Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her husband, Phillip of Des Moines; three sons, Glenn , Ralph and Claude, all of Des Moines; a daughter, Marlene Yaske of Des Moines; 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions are suggested to her church.
