The Life of MURYEL EDNA HILL
Muryel E. Hill, 70, of 1800 Watrous Ave. died of pneumonia Friday at Charter Community Hospital. Services will be at noon Tuesday at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Hill was born in Perthampoy, N.J., and lived in Des Moines for 50 years. She was a retired secretary for the U.S. Department of the Army and was a member of the Iowa Jaycees and the Iowa Cancer Association.
Survivors include her husband, Milo; a daughter, Darla Hill of Des Moines; a son, David Hill of Carlisle; and a brother, Melvin Ancker (sic) of Tom''s River, N.J.
Friends may call after 11 a.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m.
