The Life of LENA A FRAIZER
Lena A Fraizer, 87, of Briarcliff Living Center in Altoona died of a heart ailment Thursday at Mercy Medical Center. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Tonini Funeral Home, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Fraizer was born in Pulaski County, VA, and had lived in Hackensack, MN and Des Moines before moving to Altoona four years ago. She was a retired nurse''s aide with State Hospital of Minnesota and enjoyed fishing.
She is survived by two sons, Harry Drottz of League City, TX, and Carl Drottz of Des Moines; a daughter, Phoebe Meeks of El Cojan, CA; four sisters, Maize Rogers of Graettinger, Ruby Peeks and Ann Norris, both of Des Moines, and Mary Evans of Altoona; a brother, James Dishon of Altoona; 13 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ross.
Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m.
