Joseph W. Arnett, 85, of Cicero, IL, died of a heart ailment Friday at Fairview Baptist Home in Downers Grove, IL. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery in Des Moines. The Rev. Arnett was born in Arkansas City, KS, and had lived in Des Moines before moving to Cicero 20 years ago. He was a minister. Hamilton''s near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home in Des Moines is handling arrangements.
