The Life of KENNETH L CRAWFORD
Services for Kenneth L. Crawford, 67, of 5440 NE Sixth St., who died Saturday at his home, will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Polk County Medical Examiner Dr. R.C. Wooters ruled the hanging death a suicide.
A native of Marion County, Mr. Crawford had lived in Des Moines 46 years and was a retired plumber. He was a member of the Methodist Church and a veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Hazel, a son, Kenneth L. Jr. of Des Moines; two daughters, Mary Ann Schuling of Saylorville and Maxine Biddle of Johnston; his mother, Josephine Enfield of Orofino, ID; three step-daughters, Connie Stivers of West Des Moines and Sue Scovel and Colene Chebuhar of Des Moines; four brothers, Lester, Glenn, Lloyd and Charles of Orofino, 16 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren
