The Life of WILLIAM GIBSON JONES
Services for William Gibson Jones, 57, of 2211 Littell St. who died of cancer Sunday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center, will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
A lifelong Des Moines resident, Mr. Jones was a network engineer for Northwestern Bell Telephone Co. and executive vice president of Ribbon Magic Co. He was a member of Moingona Masonic Lodge, Des Moines Consistory, Za-Ga-Zig Shrine and Park Avenue Christian Church.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret; a daughter, Pamela Sue Grant of Des Moines, and a son, Mark William of Des Moines.
The family suggest memorial contributions to Hospice of Central Iowa or Park Avenue Christian Church.
