The Life of LISA BEVERLY NEALA STEVENS

Services for Mrs. William Dan Stevens, 26, and her daughter, Lisa Beverly Neala Stevens, 5, of 560 N.E. Fifty-sixth Ave. will be 1:30 p.m. Friday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Mrs. Stevens and Lisa were injured fatally Tuesday night when they were struck by a car driven by Jerry C. Catron, 17, of 6767 N.W. Second Ave. while they were on a tricks-for-treats outing in the 500 block of N.E. Fifty-fourth Avenue.

Mrs. Stevens was born in Wales and had lived in Des Moines seven years.  She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Ankeny.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her mother, Mrs. Joan Hiorns; her grandfather, Arthur Oliver; three sisters, Julie Patricia and Pamela, and three brothers, Terry and Phillip, all of whom live in Wales, and Jeffery Hiorns of Des Moines.

Lisa, a lifelong resident of Des Moines, attended kindergarten at Canary Lake School and was a member of First United Methodist Church of Ankeny.

She is survived by her father and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William D. Stevens of Des Moines and Mrs. Joan Hiorns of Wales.
