The Life of JAMES PATRICK FEELEY

James P. Feeley, 83, of the 3600 block of Cornell Street died of a stroke and pneumonia Friday at Hospice Kavanagh House in Des Moines.  The body was cremated.  Private graveside memorial services will be held at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery at a later date.

Mr. Feeley had lived in Des Moines all of his life.  He was a retired supervisor for Firestone.  He was a Coast Guard veteran of World War II.  He enjoyed spending the winter in Fort Meyers, FL, and the summer in Lake of the Ozarks, MO.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret; three sons, Michael and Jeffrey, both of Des Moines, and Tim of Woodstock, IL; a foster sister, Betty Benda of Sunrise Beach, MO; and a grandchild.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Kavanagh House.
