The Life of WAUNETA COX
Wauneta Cox, 72, died Saturday, August 30, 2003 at Kavanagh House on 56th. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 3, 2003 at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home with burial in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Wauneta was a Tech High School graduate and a member of Berean Assembly of God. She was devoted to God and her family. Wauneta was a lifetime resident of Des Moines.
She is survived by her husband, Richard; sons, Rick and Mick; daughter, Becky; son, Nick; daughters, Vicky and Sherry; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Robert Maier.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Berean Assembly of God Church % Foreign Missions.
