The Life of JOSEPH C DENNIS
Services for Joseph C. Dennis, 77, of 3913 Sixty-eighth St., who died of a heart attack Friday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Merle Hay Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Born in Ft. Collins, CO, Mr. Dennis lived in Des Moines for 46 years. He was a retired plumber and a member of Valley United Methodist Church and Plumbers Union Local 33.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth; four daughters, Betty Reynolds of Norwalk, Arlene Spencer of Des Moines, Bonnie Campbell of Urbandale, and Carolyn Holcomb of Hamilton, IL; a sister, Edith Aadland of Minneapolis; 13 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call today from 1 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
