The Life of HAROLD R PUTZIER

Harold R. Putzier, 56, of 2479 E Douglas Ave., died of a heart ailment Monday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center.  Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Hamilton's Funeral Home, with burial in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Mr. Putzier was a lifelong residetn of Des moines and had been a machinist for Economy Forms for 30 years.  He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 738, Iowa Star Camping Club and Staves United Methodist Church and was a veteran of the Korean War.

Suvivors include his wife, Betty Van Hall Putzier; daughter, Debra Feakes of Fullerton, CA; four sons, Kevin and Kyle, both of Buena Park, CA, Kurt of Des Moines and Kirby of Berwick; a sister, Delores Carr of Belle Plaine, KS; and four grandchildren.

Friends may call after noon today at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 7 to 9 p.m.
