The Life of TRAVIS MICHAEL LOEFFLER
Travis Michael Loeffler, 19, of the 5200 block of N.E. Third Street died Friday at Mercy Medical Center from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Loeffler was born in Washington, IA., and had lived in Cedar Rapids for a short time before moving to Des Moines. He was an electrician with Burns Electric and Baker Electric.
Surviving are his parents, Sharon and Roger Loeffler of Des Moines; two brothers, Evan Loeffler and Jordan Loeffler of Des Moines; and his grandparents, Merlin and Gerene Lassen of Dysart and Carole Loeffler of Washington.
His companion was Brandi Schreier of Des Moines.
The family will greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Buddies
My son played with Travis for years when he and his family lived in NW Cedar Rapids. They were good friends at Hoover and Taft schools. They rode their bikes together and had many fun times together.
