The Life of ROBERT E SNYDER
Robert E. Snyder, 54, of 4350 NE Eighth St. died Tuesday of a heart attack at Iowa Lutheran Hospital.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home, with burial in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
A lifelong resident of the Des Moines area, Mr. Snyder was a warehouse supervisor for the Iowa General Services Department and a veteran of World War II.
Survivors include a daughter, Becky Snyder of Des Moines; three sons, Bob of Urbandale, Ed of Norwalk and Dave of Coggon; a sister living in Keota; two brothers, Bill Snyder of Fort Dodge and Floyd Snyder of Jewell; his adoptive parents, Mr. & Mrs. A. Snyder of Bondurant, and his mother, Josephine Fitzpatrick of Portland, OR.
The family suggests memorials to the American Heart Association.
