The Life of LAURETTA MARY JACOBS

Lauretta Mary Jacobs, 81 of 1125 West First St. ,Ankeny, died of cancer Wednesday at her daughter's home in Polk City. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Grandview Park Baptist Church, of which she was a member. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mrs. Jacobs was born in Exline and lived in Des Moines most of her life. She retired from Meredith Publishing Co. as a subscription supervisor. Among survivors are two sons, James of Kansas City, Mo., and Jack of North Olmstead, Ohio: two daughters, Bonny Albright of Polk City and Janet Obradovich of Indian Wells, Calif,: three sister, Dorothy Milligan of Los Alamitos, Calif., Theresa Zandell of Olympia, Wash., and Juanita Seals of Des Moines; 13 granchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren. The family will recieve friends from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Hamilton's Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Central Iowa or her church.
