The Life of MAURICE BORIS SINK

Maurice B. Sink, 86, of Regency Care Center died of complications of diabetes Friday at Fleur Heights Care Center.  Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Hamilton''s near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Mr. Sink was born in Rhodes and had lived in rural Indianola before moving to Des Moines 41 years ago.  He was a retired farmer and had managed a gas station in Des Moines.

He is survived by two sons, R. Edwin of Des Moines and David of Mississippi; two daughters, Marianne Speck and Victoria Newman, both of Des Moines; two sisters, Edith Hauser of Marshalltown and Roberta Granger of Council Bluffs; nine grandchldren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
